Role and Facility Information
Medical Clinic is a thoughtfully designed new space located across from the hospital. The exam rooms are large and feature art by Vancouver Island artists. The clinic is set up to provide basic family practice procedures including IUD insertions, endometrial biopsies, skin biopsies and nexplanon insertions.
The clinic has excellent front desk staff with good communication skills. The team maintains strong connections with the hospital and other community organizations which enables them to advocate on their patients’ behalf. The physicians work hard to build relationships and practice integrity. They use a compassionate patient-centred approach. The physicians are responsive and collaborative when it comes to the care of their patients.
Community Information
The Comox Valley is one of the fastest growing communities in BC, and with good reason. We have all the amenities, business and conveniences of a larger centre, but with the perks - community feel, lack of traffic, free parking! - of a smaller town.
This region has endless opportunities for outdoor exploration and recreation, and boasts truly incredible natural beauty, to be enjoyed all year long.
The rapid growth of this area brings with it a real vitality, as well as an ever-growing list of progressive businesses, such as craft breweries, boutiques, restaurants, allied health clinics and more.
