Role and Facility Information

We are seeking to fill a rare, full time, rural emergency position in 100 Mile House! CCFP-EM is not required. Come experience a fulfilling professional life in our laid back emergency.

We have Basic Life Support Ambulance and use the High Acuity Response Team (HART) or Critical Care Transport (CCT) when needed. You will not have on site surgical back up or anaesthesia, however, we are a supportive medical community. Williams Lake, 1 hour north, provides day time CT, General Surgery and ObGyn service. Kamloops, 2 hours south, is the nearest tertiary hospital and offers most services except interventional cardiology.

If you wish to augment your Emergency work and income, there are also walk in clinic options in town, run by one of the 3 existing family practice clinics.
