Ophthalmologist – Adult Strabismus
Part-time: Delta Hospital

Delta Hospital is recruiting an ophthalmologist with subspecialty training in adult strabismus. Excellent surgical skills are essential and a one-year post-residency fellowship in strabismus is required. A minimum of five years of post-graduate clinical practice experience is preferred. The successful candidate will share one FTE with the two incumbent strabismus surgeons at Delta Hospital. On a community level, expertise in pediatric ophthalmology would also be beneficial. A commitment to community service, research, and teaching is expected. Applicants must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.

Delta Hospital is a 58-bed community hospital offering medical, surgical daycare, outpatient chronic disease management clinics, extended care unit, palliative care as well as 24/7 emergency services with 34,103 visits annually.
