We invite you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team in Surrey. We are currently seeking a Family Physician to fill a 0.5 FTE position on our team.
The Urgent and Primary Care Clinic (UPCC) opened in the Newton neighbourhood of Surrey, BC on May 25, 2020. The UPCC operates in a team-based care model, including physicians, nurses practitioners, nursing, social work, clinical counsellors and administrative support.
You will participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team based primary care services through the clinic as part our longitudinal care team. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and manage a panel of patients. We aim to provide patient centre and trauma informed care to our clients. Our mandate is to serve the vulnerable and medically complex in the area. Experience in mental health, OAT, and working with at-risk populations will be an asset.

Compensation: Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
Full/Part-time/Locum/Temporary:
Part-time, duties will be split between longitudinal care and urgent care walk in services within the majority of time within the longitudinal stream of care.
