Broadmead Care Society has an excellent opportunity for a Care Manager at Beckley Farm Lodge in downtown Victoria, BC. Beckley Farm Lodge is a two storey building nestled between Simcoe and Toronto Streets in the heart of James Bay. The Lodge has 65 residential care beds, three secured garden areas and one balcony for residents to enjoy the outdoors.

Under the direction of the Home Manager, the Care Manager coordinates and supervises the delivery of nursing care to the residents to create an environment where love, life and living matter. The Care Manager ensures resident focused care is achieved in the home, in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.

Candidates must have graduated from a recognized program for Registered Nurses or Registered Psychiatric Nurses; current practicing registration with the BCCNP; Post RN/RPN education in Gerontology and 3 - 5 years relevant experience.
