Our dynamic Public Health Nurses are an integral part of the community. Using their extensive knowledge of health promotion, prevention and education, combined with exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills; they provide nursing services and programs to a diverse range of clients, across a variety of settings.

This is a casual position meaning hours are not guaranteed and may vary. Hours of work are 08:15-16:30 Monday to Friday as needed.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from a recognized program and six (6) months recent, related experience in public health nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training experience.
Current practicing registration with the College of Registered Nurses of BC (CRNBC).
Current valid BC Driver’s License.

**Please note that travel is a requirement for this position and transportation arrangements must meet the Employer’s requirements. You are required to hold a valid BC Driver’s License and may be required to drive a personal car on mileage, as a condition of employment.
