Retiring family doctor in Royal Oak/Broadmead area, serving a diverse patient population in a suburban area, seeks a physician(s) to take over his practice. A nucleus of 500 well-maintained, stable patients provides reliable billings.

The practice is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained, quiet, professional building in the Royal Oak Shopping Centre. It offers two large exam rooms (potential for three), a physician’s office, a lab, a staff washroom, and a manager’s room. Rent and common area costs are reasonable. This 783 ft2 space would be suitable for one or two physicians, with two parking spaces included with rent.

This paper-based practice uses Osler/Telus billing. The charts are well-organized.
