Role and Facility Information

A doctor at a well-functioning group practice is looking retire in the next several years with the hopes of someone to take over his practice. This opportunity does not require obstetrics, and has a total panel size of around 3,400 patients.

The practice is located within a clinic that has 5 GPs and 6 exam rooms. They are a full service family medicine clinic that see every condition and age range from prenatal to geriatric, and there is an opportunity to perform minor surgeries if the new GP has interest. The retiring GP practices in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, so experiences with these languages would definitely be an asset.

The clinic is offering a 70/30 splits and is currently working with paper charts. The retiring GP is also extremely open to locum coverage options for almost any time that would fit an interested GP’s schedule.
